  • Sailed from New York to Pearl Habor via Panama Canal, 30 December 1940 - 25 March 1941
  • Allocated to the 14th Naval District, serving primarily at Midway Island
  • Redesignated Yard Net Tender,Tug YNT-12, 01 May 1942
  • Returned to San Diego, CA, in the dock of Auxiliary Repair Dry Dock USS ARD-8, 26 March 1946
  • Placed out of service at San Diego, CA, 12 April 1946
  • Struck from the Naval Register, 01 May 1946
  • Transferred to the Maritime Commission at San Diego, for disposal, 15 January 1947
  • Acquired by McAllister Towing of New York, NY and renamed A. J. McAllister, 1947
