Small Coastal Transports (APc)s were 100 foot wooden craft built during World War II in small shipyards in the US. There were 89 of APc's built. They served primarily in the Pacific theater of operations doing a number of mundane tasks.
Coastal Transports (APC)s were US Army transports transferred to the US Navy during the formation of the Military Sea Transportation Service in 1950.
