  • Launched in 1944
  • Delivered to the US Army Quartermasters Corp in June 1944
  • Assigned to the US Army Transportation Corp
  • Commissioned USAV FS-374, 5 October 1944, at Sturgeon Bay, WI.
  • USAV FS-374 departed for the Southwest Pacific soon after commissioning. where she operated during the war including service in the Philippines, which inclueded Tacloban, Batangas and Gaang Point.
  • Decommissioned, date unknown, retained by the US Army
  • Sold, date unknown, for commericdal Service, named FV Midas (III)
  • Re-configured as a fish processing boat, nameed FV Akutan (III)
  • Final Disposition, scuttled in 2018
