  • Built in 1934 by Manitowoc Shipbuilding Company, Manitowoc, Wisconsin
  • Launched 21 August 1934
  • Commissioned USLHT Tamarack in November 1934
  • Became USCGC Tamarack in 1939
  • Designated as a Coastal Buoy Tender WAGL-248 in November 1941
  • Reclassified in 1942 as an Inland Buoy Tender WLI-248
  • Decommissioned 27 October 1970
  • Sold 2 August 1971
  • Fate unknown.
