  • Laid down 7 May 1941 by the Elizabeth City Shipyard, Elizabeth City, NC
  • Launched 11 October 1941
  • Commissioned USS PC-516, 6 May 1942
  • Reclassified SC-516 in April 1943
  • Transferred to France 19 March 1944 and reclassified CH-81
  • Fate unknown.

  • Speed 15.6 kts.

  • Armament: One 40mm mount, two .50 cal. machine guns, two depth charge projector "Y Guns," and two depth charge tracks
