  • Sailed from New York to Brest via Boston and the Azores, escorted by Wakiva II (SP-160), 18 August - 18 September 1917
  • Sunk by German aircraft while moored in basin at Dunkerque Nord; 4 killed
  • Later raised and repaired
  • Final disposition, sold for breaking up at Cherbourg, 1922
