  • Commissioned USS Stansbury, Destroyer No. 180, 8 January 1920 at Mare Island Navy Yard, Vallejo, CA
  • Designated DD-180, 17 July 1920
  • Decommissioned 27 May 1922 at San Diego, CA ans laid up in the Pacific Reserve Fleet, San Diego
  • Recommissioned 29 August 1940
  • Reclassified and converted to a High Speed Minesweeper, DMS-8, 19 November 1940
  • Reclassified as a Miscellaneous Auxiliary, AG-107, 5 June 1945
  • Decommissioned 11 December 1945 at Norfolk Navy Yard, Portsmouth, VA
  • Struck from the Naval Register 3 January 1946
  • Sold 26 October 1946 to the Luria Bros. Co. of Philadelphia, PA
  • Scrapped 25 January 1947.
