  • Acquired by Army, July 1941
  • Noted for sale at Staten Island, NY, March 1946
  • Registered to Earl S. Field, Monhegan, Maine, 1946
  • Used as mail & freight boat to Monhegan, 1947-1954
  • Registered to Light's Underwater Sports & Deep Diving Co., Boston, MA, as recreational dive boat, 1956
  • Used to make the first dives on the wreck of the sunken liner Andrea Doria off Nantucket, September 1956
  • Final disposition, foundered about 13 miles E of Cape Neddick, Maine (43° 23' N 70° 07' W), 04 July 1958
    1. Most sources, including the Army sale advert and MVUS, spell the name "Jamieson," but prewar documents spell it "Jameson," which is supported by genealogical records. MVUS also cites building location incorrectly as Friendship, Virginia, and owner as John A.S. Weetser.
