  • The second Josephine was built in 1905 at Peter Cruit's Shipyard, New Orleans, LA for Theodore Grunewald of New Orleans
  • Acquired by the Navy 27 October 1917
  • Commissioned Josephine (SP 1243), 5 November 1917
  • Decommissioned 6 December 1918 and returned to her owners
  • Fate unknown.

  • Draft 3' 9"
  • Speed 12 kts.
  • Complement: 12
  • Armament: Two 1-pounders and one machine gun
