  • Decommissioned 14 June 1946 at Orange, TX
  • Reclassified as a Fleet Minesweeper (Steel Hull), MSF-362, 7 February 1955
  • Struck from the Naval Register 1 November 1966
  • Stripped and sold for scrap 10 April 1967 to Southern Scrap Material of New Orleans, LA.
